Ean Brown is a Technical Sales Manager focussing on support of heat exchanger and power products primarily servicing Scotland and Northern England.
He has worked in technical sales roles for industrial companies for more than 20 years with roles at Eriks Industrial Services, IMI Critical Engineering and SPX Flow Technology.
Sharaz is responsible for delivering service and capital supply of heat exchangers, covering a wide range of industrial applications. He has strong experience both domestically and internationally on major heat exchanger projects including commissioning and extensive cleaning projects in O&G, Power Generation, Petrochem, District Heating/Cooling and more.
Diane Clynes is an experienced thermal designer and sales engineer for Shell & Tube heat exchangers and Air Coolers. She has previously worked for many years for the Graham Hunt business in Dukinfield, Manchester and through the IP acquisition of this business in 2022 by HEG, we have brought Diane onboard to expand our product knowledge with this business sector.
Joe is a Capital Sales Engineer responsible for projects which include traditional Green’s exhaust gas heat exchangers including economisers, flue gas coolers and air preheaters.
He comes from an engineering background having started as a Machinist while carrying out his Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship then completing his HNC also in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently being trained and mentored through our inhouse development programme.
Chloe is our head of HR, leading our people proposition. CIPD qualified to post-graduate level, she proactively ensures that our growing teams continue to thrive. Mark is a Chartered Accountant and manages our finance team and the day to day financial and operations of our Group. Mark also acts as a financial and strategic advisor to our board.
Emilia has over 25 years’ experience working with Green’s and is responsible for the technical sale of manufactured items, including economisers and waste heat boilers. Craig is a Chartered Engineer with significant experience in the heat exchange and district heating sectors, having successfully served numerous high-profile clients on major projects in recent years. Craig manages a highly experienced team of experts, with the demonstrable capability of driving the execution of complex and multi-disciplinary heat exchange projects both domestically and globally.
Jason is our factory manager in Wakefield. He has significant experience from both within our business and from other large local manufacturing businesses, having previously worked for Sheffield Foragemasters and Tata Steel.
Having developed through our business quickly in recent years, Jason heads up our manufacturing operations.
Jason’s team is fully integrated into our quality development and certification system and he spearheads our “be a hero” health and safety initiatives.
Based at our Prudhoe service centre, Pat is responsible for ensuring our service and repairs department provides top quality, fast response and unrivaled customer service. His extensive and experienced team services, maintains and repairs all types of heat exchangers and steam boilers throughout the UK and overseas.
