Launch of Heat Exchange Group Services
In June 2020 we formalised our dynamic, new market facing service offering with the launch of Heat Exchange Group Services Ltd, with 37 colleagues across the group, transferring to become employees of the new company.
The combination of our service teams in to one entity and operating structure better enables us to meet the demands of our customers, who operate across many sectors, and move towards our goal of a world class service division, committed to delivering excellent levels of customer service, quality and value in the market. The service division is led by Pat Scrimger, Service Operations Director and Neil Ford, Service Sales Director.
Our services include:
- Boiler repairs, maintenance and inspection
- Heat exchanger services – plate, shell and tube heat exchangers, coolers and associated products and services
- Industrial site services – in house and on site repairs and servicing
- Rail Services – cooler groups and associated products
- Full range of spare parts for boilers, burners, heat exchangers and ancillary equipment.
