KOTC repeatedly calls on our services

Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC) provides marine transportation of Kuwaiti hydrocarbons. Green’s has provided services to several of its fleet of 29 ships.

One of the major projects we have carried out for KOTC is supplying and installing replacement economiser units to Al Shegaya, a very large crude carrier (VLCC).

Our specialist marine inspection team identified equipment that needed replacing and recommended design modifications to ensure optimum efficiency and component life. The units were manufactured in our factory in the UK and shipped to ASRY shipyard in Bahrain where they were joined by our qualified installation team who completed the work on time and on budget. One of Green’s commissioning engineers was also there when the equipment was started up to ensure that everything operated as it should.
