New apprenticeship and graduate schemes launched
Green’s has taken on apprentices in its Wakefield factory and sales operations and has also appointed, for the first time, two graduate engineers.
Green’s has been designing and making and economisers and waste heat recovery systems since 1821. The company now supplies bespoke solutions to companies around the world – helping industry and power generating companies reduce emissions, improve efficiency and save money.
Green’s managing director Matthew Crewe says: “Securing significant investment from Rcapital is extremely helpful in supporting our ambitious growth plans. It is exciting to see these young people bring new perspectives and enthusiasm to the highly skilled and experienced existing teams, which will help us continually to improve the products and services we supply to our customers across Europe, Africa and Australia.”
