Green’s fast response team keep Inovyn’s boilers operating efficiently

Inovyn provides chemicals to manufacturers around the world. Efficient operation of the steam boilers at its County Durham ChlorVinyls plant is vital to its business and is why mechanical engineer Robert Cuthbert calls on Green’s to provide fast response repairs when issues are detected in its boilers during annual insurance inspections.

The Green’s team has worked with Inovyn on several projects over the past three years on both its main and auxiliary steam boilers and has repaired leaking tubes and undertaken D-patch repairs.

Robert says: “When we identify performance problems with our boilers we ask Green’s to assess the severity and recommend the most effective ways to repair them. They implement their recommendations so that we are back online as quickly and efficiently as possible as well as satisfying our insurer’s requirements.”
