Fantastic Turnout for our Open Day

Thursday 14th November was the Heat Exchange Group’s first Open Day at the new headquarters in Doncaster, where guests travelled from around the UK, South Africa, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland and France to name a few, to attend the event and were treated to a warm welcome from all at HEG head office.

On a very wet Yorkshire day the guests were met with refreshments and the event kicked-off with an overview of the Heat Exchange Group business followed by some great technical presentations and discussions from our teams on the principles of heat transfer, examples of industrial heat exchangers and an overview of our heat exchanger and boiler product range and services. This was followed by presentations by our guest speakers from Viridor on Energy from Waste in the UK and IDOM who are involved in the nuclear industry.
After lunch a tour of the facilities was organised with some very positive feedback from our guests on our inhouse capabilities, product range and services. Many guests were surprised to see our inhouse PHE gasket manufacturing facility and to learn that our heat exchanger business extends to the rail industry.
Anyone who missed the Open Day and would like more information, please contact our sales team through our website at www.heatexchangegroup.co.uk or contact our Sales and Business Development Director – Nigel Stone at nigelstone@heatexchangegroup.co.uk.
Due to the inclement weather in South Yorkshire untouched lunch food was donated to the Fire Service to give out to victims in local flooded areas around Doncaster.
From the team at Heat Exchange Group we thank you for your support!
