Our Team

Our team is absolutely committed our business core values.

Critical to the success of our fast growing business is our team and our commitment to developing our team’s capability, skillset and progression. Our people are at our core. Continually looking at longer term development we work with local national initiatives with technology providers and certification bodies including notified bodies, Institution of Mechanical Engineers and UK Export Finance. We also work locally for the development of the next generation with teams at Heart of Yorkshire, Wakefield and Selby college and universities. Our aim being to develop a heat exchanger centre of excellence spanning our UK sites.

Core to our progression is our teams deep seated desire to develop our industry as a whole and become leaders in the design, engineering, manufacture and installation of heat exchanger and heat transfer equipment. This is not just based on our teams proactivity and interest in ensuring our customers have the best possible solutions, but also their desire to protect the environment through the most efficient use of the worlds energy resources. Continued development of our products and our Go Green initiatives have been in our make up since 1821 when Green’s (the oldest subsidiary of the Heat Exchange Group) was established
